For Original Diploma Certificate

1. Forwarding letter through the Principal as Identification
2. Photocopy of Overall Marksheet

For Duplicate Marksheet/Certificate

1. Forwarding letter through the Principal as Identification
2. Police verification report in case of lost.
3. News paper cutting
4. Deposit Rs. 200/- (per marksheet)

For Migration Certificate

1. Forwarding letter through the Principal as Identification
2. Original Registration Card
3. Photocopy of overall marksheet, if passed out.
4. Treasury Challan of Rs.50/-

For Duplicate Registration

1. Forwarding letter through the Principal as Identification
2. Police verification report in case of lost.
3. News paper cutting
4. Treasury Challan of Rs.20/-
